Wow, great info and site!
We are a Canadian family going travelling for a year starting around Aug 1.

We plan a month to tour around S.Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Swaziland.
Of course we want to safari but also want the bes bang for our buck. Is it reasonable to book the safari when you get there or do you need to book it ahead? And does it make a difference price wise to book in advance? Any suggestions as to how long you need to get a decent tour? (ie 1 day? 4 days?). Again, price is an issue as we have to pay for 4 people so trying to get lots of tips.
Any info is appreciated!
Thanks
