So in the end how was the famous restaurant experience? Would you recommend it or only for the food geek? Was the kitchen glassed in and open so that you could look in during your meal?
We just got back from Peter and Jen's- we finally got to see their house. That seems like a great neighborhood- so close to Manayunk and they have parking! Not that they need it with their 4 garages! It'll be great when they hook up that huge deck on top of the garages. Bill and Sara and Michelle were there and 2 guys and girl we hadn't met before. I guess the sun porch is the place to be at their house-all of us squeezed in there all night. I was hung over all day and finally broke through the fog around 10pm. We went to Mike Roi's Tin Angel gig last night and he kept us up until 4:30 in the morning. Dan played accordion on one song and fulfilled his dream of playing the tin angel. You can do a lot of drinking between 9pm and 5am and I was paying the price today while Dan was taking more pictures for Habitat for Humanity in south Philly.
I love that you are able to do some filming- I loved seeing the youtube from the pig restaurant.
Take care,
